ISMAR 2008 Registration

Registration for ISMAR 2008 is now open. Advanced registration prices were valid until 24 August 2008. Now Late/On-site registration prices apply. Closing date for Late/On-site registration is 15 September 2008.

Workshop and Tutorial organisers and Workshop and Tutorial presenters should email ismar-localarrangementschair regarding the waived registration for the conference.

Accommodation booking is now closed. We cannot provide any more rooms in colleges as they do not accept last minute bookings.

You can still book rooms at the Crowne Plaza Hotel or University Arms hotels as long as rooms are available, or any other hotel of your choice.

The conference is over and registration is closed.

Internet access in college rooms requires registration. This only applies to rooms at Sidney Sussex, St. Catharine's rooms have internet access by default. Please indicate in the comments section, if you require Internet access in you college room. Otherwise, it will not be enabled in your room.

• Late registration prices apply now.
• Dates for College accommodation describe the first and last night of your stay. Check-out is the morning following the last day!
• Only payments via credit card are accepted on the web form.
• IEEE and ACM membership allows you to register at discount rates. Enter membership number in the IEEE field.
• All registrations include the conference banquet for the registered delegate. Additional tickets for accompanying persons can be bought through the registration form.

After successful payment, two emails will be sent to you, one detailing the registration options selected, and a second one to confirm the payment transaction. If you have not received these emails, no payment was made and the registration is not completed.

If you leave the registration form before confirming payment, you can re-visit your registration bookings by retrieving a password for your registration on the entry page. Then you can modify and complete registration by completing the payment.
