Cambridge UK

Cambridge is a market town in the East of England, home to the University of Cambridge for almost 800 years. It's a city of crocuses and daffodils on the Backs, of green open spaces and cattle grazing only 500 yards from the market square.

ISMAR 2008 will be held in the Cambridge University Engineering Department, next to the town centre and within walking distance of famous sites such as King's College Chapel, Trinity College, St John's College or the Mathematical Bridge.

Engineering Department

The Engineering Department lies on Trumpington Street, the south end of a long street running through the centre of Cambridge, along Trinity College, King's College and St. Mary's. Walk down King's Parade to the south, until you find the following statue on your right hand side.

Engineering Department entrance.

Turn right into the driveway and walk up to the main entrance of the brick building. This is the reception area for the conference.

More information on reaching the Cambridge University Engineering Department can be found here.
